If you feel your condition is life-threatening, you need to be seen in a hospital Emergency Room and you are advised to call 911. The ER treats life-threatening medical conditions, such as severe wounds, chest pains or amputations.

OptimalMD specializes in acute urgent care conditions while also offering the opportunity for our patients to choose a primary care physician that they can consult with for their chronic, routine or annual health needs.
Medication for acute conditions such as strep throat will not be routinely given. However, a provider may refill medications until a patient is seen by their primary care provider on a case-by-case basis. Routine medications can be refilled by scheduling an appointment with one of our primary care providers.
